Inge Meilink, who has served as an associate partner of Van Luyken since 2019, will join the management team of the communications agency on 19 October 2023. In addition to Inge, the MT will then consist of Maaike Vissink, responsible for De Trainingsstudio, and managing partners Erik Visser and Youssef Eddini. Inge will be responsible for the pillars of advice, crisis and interim solutions. Van Luyken’s interim solutions pillar will be called “The Smart Engine”, the company name under which Inge previously carried out independent interim and search assignments for various clients.
Managing Partner Youssef Eddini: “I have known Inge for many years and am very happy that she will be using her tremendous expertise to manage the advice, crisis and interim solutions pillars. With her arrival, we have established a strong position for our agency to achieve further growth. What’s more, integrating The Smart Engine affords us access to over 700 marketing and communication professionals. Utilising this network, we will be able to provide even better temporary capacity to our clients.”
Inge Meilink: “This step presents a win-win scenario, strengthening both the advisory and crisis resolution aspects of Van Luyken, while giving The Smart Engine more interim mediation clout. This also means that we’re now combining our strategic content more strongly with executive skills. This benefits both aspects and I look forward to seeing our clients grow with us.”
